Commercial Litigation
Commercial disputes happen. And when they do, our job is to ensure that you have skilled and experienced counsel in your corner to pursue your interests with diligence and vigour.
We are frequently retained to prosecute and defend civil proceedings arising from the breach of contractual and other duties owed in business relationships. The nature of business disputes frequently requires prompt action. We have significant experience in advancing and responding to emergency injunction motions and applications, where obtaining pre-trial relief will often be determinative of the proceeding. We have successfully sought and responded to injunction motions involving claims of fraud, the theft of corporate assets and breaches of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. In other cases, our clients' goals are best achieved by ensuring that their matter is diligently and expeditiously pursued through each stage of the litigation process.

Appellate Litigation
In litigation, only one decision matters: the last decision. When Judgments are appealed, an appeals court has the final say in whether the trial Judgment stands or is set aside. Therefore, the choice of appellate counsel is of utmost importance.
